Freshman Year (Fall 2010 and Spring 2011)

A bronx blaze at the beginning of the semester in September. In the background of Martyr's Court at Fordham, smoke is darkening the afternoon sky.

A New York City bus that burst into white smoke and had to be evacuated.

After seeing white smoke come out of the New York City bus, I was in for another surpise: a vehicle bursting in flames near Inwood, Manhattan. While jogging to the Fordham boathouse in order to row, this red car was engulfed in flames. After we were jogging back to campus, the fire was extinguished.

A spectacular view of the Midtown Manhattan skyline from the center of the Pulaski Bridge, connecting Greenpoint, Brooklyn and Long Island City, Queens. One particular day, I exited the No. 7 train at Vernon-Jackson Boulevard and decided to walk over the Pulaski Bridge rather than take the G train. Well, I sorta did this more than once.

A suburb of New York City in New Jersey. My father and I did electrical work at this place.

Welcome to Miami. During my freshman year, I traveled to Miami as part of a rowing training trip. Miami was just spectacular in its appearance. My time there was a great experience. I want to thank my crew teammates for helping me feel more comfortable during the Miami trip.

A fire near Bathgate Avenue and Fordham University in the Bronx.

On Governor's Island, while biking, I saw the Queen Mary II docked at Brooklyn.

While distributing flyers, I saw a bird resting on a stoop.

Toronto, Canada: Second to last stop on five-day tour to Canada.

Niagara Falls, last stop of five-day tour to Canada.

A fire on Moultrie Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn on Friday, August 19, 2011.
